Our staff act as a liaison between small and disadvantage business enterprises, (SBE/DBE), prime contractors, project managers, and project owners.

Assist with contract compliance reporting requirements.

Assist businesses through agency certification processes.

Conduct small business onboarding orientations, ensuring contractors/ consultants have proper documentation and process procedures of project.
Public Involvement / Information - We offer tools that assist with engaging clients' target market and general public. We work with public involvement team in planning scoping meetings, outreach, and logistics.
Project Controls:

Document Control - We manage databases and track all contract documents and generate project manager requested reports.

Contract Invoicing - Help ensure prompt payment by analyzing consultants' invoice packets before submitting to project owner.

Certified Payroll - Monitor and train in certified payroll reporting requirements.

Technical Writing - Create and edit training manuals, workbooks, project management and business plans.

Project Scheduling - Edit and update project schedules, examine GANT charts and generate project schedule reports.
